Yes. All goods arriving by sea, air, post or passenger must clear Cook Islands Customs unless specifically exempt. Clearance can be completed before arrival or on arrival, filed by an authorised declarant or a licensed customs broker. We handle that end for you.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and which island it is going to. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. On a three-weekly cycle, missing a sailing usually costs more than any rate difference, so we plan around the window. Send us the details.

Avarua, Arorangi, Matavera, Ngatangiia, Titikaveka and Avatiu on Rarotonga, then Arutanga and Amuri on Aitutaki, and Oneroa, Atiu, Mauke and Mangaia in the outer islands. Anything beyond Rarotonga travels on an onward service with its own schedule.

We can move the vehicle. Vehicle imports sit within the customs tariff framework, but we could not verify a current used-vehicle age or eligibility rule, so we confirm the position before you buy rather than publishing something unchecked. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to the Cook Islands door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, put them on the sailing we planned for, clear customs and bring them to your address including the island leg.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Rarotonga. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

Yes, at both ends. We do customs clearance in Dubai and the import entry in the Cook Islands, filed before or on arrival through an authorised declarant, along with any commodity permit the goods need.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until the right sailing, which on a three-weekly cycle is one of the more useful things we do on this lane.

Earlier than you think. We work backwards from the sailing window and give you a date the goods need to be with us, with room in it. On a lane where the next ship is three weeks away, being ready two days early is worth far more than it is anywhere else.
