Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight takes about 48 to 50 days to Papeete, and air freight takes 6 to 8 days. Current route planning puts it in that range through one transhipment, including terminal handling. This is the longest sea lane on our network, so we plan around it honestly rather than quoting something we cannot hold.

Usually not. Essentially all containerised cargo arrives at Papeete on Tahiti and is redistributed by inter-island services from there. If the delivery is on Moorea, Raiatea, Bora Bora, the Tuamotus or the Marquesas, that second leg adds real time and cost. We quote it as its own line, because a price that stops at Papeete is not a price to your door.

Yes, but do not expect relief on it if you are moving. Motor vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, aircraft and boats are all excluded from the personal belongings exemption available on a transfer of residence. Every wheeled and floating item is outside that relief. The vehicle can still be imported on an ordinary declaration with duty and taxes paid. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number.

On a transfer of residence you can bring personal belongings in free of duty, provided you owned and used them for at least six months and lived outside the territory for at least twelve. The exclusions are the important part: motor vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, aircraft and boats do not qualify. Tell us your dates and what you own and we will work through it before you pack.

Not a universal one. Most commercial goods clear on the standard customs declaration. Specific approvals apply to live animals, protected species covered by the international wildlife convention, and radio transmitting equipment. Send us the product and we will confirm before you book.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and which island it is going to. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. The inter-island leg is quoted separately so you can see it. Send us the details.

Across the territory. Papeete, Faaa, Punaauia, Pirae, Mahina, Paea, Papara, Taravao and Arue on Tahiti, then Moorea, Raiatea, Bora Bora, Huahine, Tahaa, Nuku Hiva and Rangiroa by inter-island service. Anything off Tahiti depends on the onward schedule, which we confirm before quoting a date.

The gap here is the widest on our network. Sea is 48 to 50 days and air is 6 to 8, so for anything urgent, seasonal or high value the case for air is much stronger than on a normal lane. It is worth pricing both rather than assuming sea is cheaper once you account for seven weeks of your money sitting on a ship.

Yes, including the island leg. We handle freight forwarding to French Polynesia, collect in Dubai, clear customs at Papeete and arrange the onward inter-island service where the goods are not staying on Tahiti.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Papeete. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

Yes, at both ends. We do customs clearance in Dubai and the declaration in the territory customs system at Papeete, along with any specific authorisation the goods need.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. On a fifty day lane, sending things before you actually need them there is a common and expensive habit.

Yes. We move project cargo to French Polynesia as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. For anything going beyond Tahiti the inter-island vessel sets the practical size limit, so send us the dimensions and the island together and we will tell you what is workable.

Yes. We move full house moves and part loads, including onward to the Leeward Islands. Personal belongings can come in free of duty on a transfer of residence if you owned and used them for six months and lived abroad for twelve, but vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, aircraft and boats are excluded from that. We will tell you which of your things qualify before you pack them.
