Mozambique checks regulated goods before they ship rather than after they arrive, and we arrange it with you. Products on the controlled list are inspected here in Dubai and travel with the certificate that inspection produces. Because the inspection has to happen where the goods are, it cannot be sorted out once the container has sailed. Plenty of products are not on the list at all, so the first thing we do is check yours against the code. Your buyer also needs a tax number, and the customs entry has to be filed by a licensed broker there. Tell us what you are sending and where it is going.

Do you offer movers and packers for a house move from Dubai to Mozambique?

Which Mozambican port should my cargo go to?
It depends entirely on your delivery city. Maputo for the south and the South African border, Beira for the centre and the route to Zimbabwe, and Nacala for the north and Malawi. They are hundreds of kilometres apart, so the wrong choice is expensive.
Which cities do you deliver to?
All of them. Maputo, Beira, Nampula, Nacala, Matola, Tete, Quelimane, Pemba and Xai-Xai. Just give us the address and we bring it to the door.
Does my product need inspection before shipping?
If it is on the controlled list, yes, and the inspection happens here in Dubai before the goods sail. Many products are not on the list. Tell us the product and we will check.
Do you deliver door to door?
Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Mozambique door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.
Can I send a small shipment, or do I need a full container?
You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Maputo. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.
Can you deliver to Zimbabwe, Zambia or Malawi through Mozambique?
Yes. Beira serves Zimbabwe and Zambia, and Nacala serves Malawi. It is a transit shipment with its own paperwork, so tell us the final country at the start and we will quote it as two stages.
Why is the arrival time at Beira less predictable?
Beira sits on a river rather than open coast, and the channel needs regular dredging, so vessel size and weather affect it more than at Nacala. It is still the right port for the Zimbabwe route, it just deserves a wider window.
Can you ship a car from Dubai to Mozambique?
Yes, in a container or on a roll-on roll-off vessel. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number and we will confirm the rules and the cost before you buy.
Do you handle customs clearance in Mozambique?
Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Mozambique. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.
Can you collect the goods from my supplier in Dubai?
Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. That helps when you are buying from several suppliers and want everything to travel to Maputo in one container.
Can you ship machinery and heavy equipment to Mozambique?
Yes. We move project cargo to Mozambique as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship into Maputo. Send us the size and weight and we will work out the best way to move it.
