Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight to Brazil takes about 36 to 45 days, and air freight to Brazil takes 2 to 5 days. A current route model puts it at around 36 days and 21 hours with two transhipments on the way. We confirm the routing and give you a date in writing when we quote.

It is the registration a company needs to carry out foreign trade in Brazil. Without it the import cannot proceed at all, whatever the shipping paperwork looks like. It sits with your buyer rather than the cargo and it takes time to arrange, so we confirm it before you book rather than when the container has landed.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Brazil it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Brazil is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Brazil is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Whichever is nearest the delivery. Santos for Sao Paulo and the south east, Paranagua for Curitiba and the south, Suape for Recife and the north east, Rio for Rio state. Brazil runs four thousand kilometres up the coast, so landing at the wrong end means trucking a very long way. Tell us the delivery city and we will pick.

It might. Brazil checks each commodity for what it calls administrative treatment, and goods subject to licensing or regulatory control can need an import licence, an LPCO or an agency approval before the import goes ahead. Regulated products may also need Inmetro approval. Send us the product and the HS code and we will check.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Brazil door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Santos. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

Ask us first and do not assume. Brazil has strict controls on used goods and vehicles, and a motor vehicle is not treated as ordinary traveller or moving baggage, so it cannot simply come in with your household effects. We could not verify a clear current rule for ordinary commercial import of a used passenger car from the UAE, so we will check your exact case rather than quote something that might be wrong. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number before you buy.

Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Brazil. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. On this lane that is useful, because it lets the cargo wait while the buyer habilitation is confirmed.

Yes. We move project cargo to Brazil as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. Santos and Paranagua both handle industrial cargo. Send us the size and weight and the delivery city and we will work out the best way to move it.

You may. Qualifying people moving to Brazil can import used household furniture, personal effects and professional items under the moving goods regime, with additional relief for eligible foreigners establishing residence and Brazilians returning after qualifying time abroad.
