Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Usually not, and this is worth settling before you spend money. Chile generally permits the import only of unused vehicles. There are defined exceptions covering particular special vehicles, duty exempt cases and specific customs or free zone regimes, but an ordinary used passenger car from Dubai is not a normal import. Tell us your exact situation and we will check whether an exception applies before you buy anything.

Sea freight to Chile takes about 51 to 55 days, and air freight to Chile takes 2 to 5 days as a cargo planning range. Current container routing is around 51 days and 9 hours, and a route through San Antonio to Santiago comes to about 55 days including terminal handling and inland delivery. We give you a date in writing when we quote.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Chile it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Chile is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Chile is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing, usually the same day.

All of them. Santiago, Valparaiso, Concepcion, Antofagasta, Vina del Mar, Temuco, Rancagua, Talca, Puerto Montt, Coquimbo, La Serena, Chillan, Iquique, Osorno, Copiapo and Arica. Chile is long and thin, so a delivery in the far north or south adds a substantial road leg, which we quote properly.

San Antonio is the principal container gateway for the Santiago market. Valparaiso is the other major option serving the same central region. For air cargo we fly into Arturo Merino Benitez at Santiago.

Either works for the central region, and the choice usually comes down to which the carrier calls rather than a meaningful difference in the inland leg. Both sit within easy reach of Santiago. We book whichever has the better service that week.

On this lane, often. Air is 2 to 5 days against a sea leg approaching two months. Current flight routing can be about a day in the air, with handling and clearance on top. That is one of the widest sea against air gaps we deal with, so it deserves a real comparison rather than an assumption.

Chile does not require one universal permit, but agricultural and food goods can need authorisation or certificates from the agricultural service, and health and industrial products from their own regulators. Those should be arranged before the cargo ships. Send us the product and the HS code and we will check.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into San Antonio. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. Chile has customs relief provisions for qualifying household goods and work tools belonging to Chileans returning after periods abroad, and the entitlement varies with the circumstances and how long you were away.
