Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight to Estonia takes about 36 to 56 days, and air freight to Estonia takes 1 to 3 days. Container cargo relays at least once in northern Europe before the Baltic leg, which is where the time goes. Current planning puts Tallinn at around 36 days and one container model at around 55. We give you a date in writing when we quote.

Because the sea route is unusually indirect. Nothing sails through to the far Baltic, so containers are worked at a northern European hub and wait for the onward leg. Air goes more or less straight there, and current flight routing can be under a day. That gap, one day against several weeks, is wider than on almost any lane we run.

Muuga Harbour, not Tallinn itself. Muuga is the principal cargo harbour in the Port of Tallinn system and has the road and rail connections inland. Paldiski South Harbour handles containers, roll-on roll-off and vehicle traffic. Pages that just say Tallinn are being vague about something that matters on the paperwork.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Estonia it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Estonia is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Estonia is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing, usually the same day.

It is a free trading number used across the European Union. Whoever imports the goods needs one and no customs operation happens without it. It is quick to get online, and we check it before we load.

It is the EU safety and security system. A filing called an Entry Summary Declaration has to reach EU customs before your goods arrive. The carrier files it and we supply the data. On an air shipment here that deadline comes round quickly, since the goods can land within a day or two of leaving.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Estonia door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Muuga Harbour. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. On a lane this long a shared container waits longer for consolidation, so we will tell you honestly which is better.

Yes. A vehicle bought in a non-EU country has to be declared to customs, and you also need the documentation for Estonian registration and technical approval. Paldiski South Harbour is set up for vehicle and roll-on roll-off traffic specifically. We could not confirm any blanket maximum age. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number and we will check before you buy.

Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Estonia. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. On a lane this long, getting the consolidation right before anything sails matters more than usual.

Yes. We move project cargo to Estonia as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. Muuga has the road and rail connections to move heavy pieces inland. Send us the size and weight and we will work out the best way to move it.

You may. Estonia allows qualifying personal property to come in without import duty when you transfer residence from outside the EU, normally requiring at least twelve continuous months of residence outside the EU and at least six months of prior possession of the goods.
