Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight to Indonesia takes about 12 to 16 days to Jakarta, and air freight to Indonesia takes 1 to 4 days. Other islands add a transfer at a regional hub, so allow a little longer for Surabaya, Medan and Makassar. We give you a date in writing when we quote.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Indonesia it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Indonesia is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Indonesia is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing, usually the same day.

Tanjung Priok in Jakarta handles most Dubai cargo. Tanjung Perak in Surabaya serves East Java and the eastern islands. Belawan serves Medan and North Sumatra, and Makassar serves South Sulawesi. For air cargo we fly into Soekarno-Hatta.

Yes. Cikarang Dry Port sits in the West Java factory belt and has its own customs and quarantine facilities. Containers move up from Tanjung Priok and clear there instead of at the coast. For a factory in Bekasi or Cikarang that usually saves both trucking and waiting time.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Indonesia door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Tanjung Priok. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

It is the business number that identifies a commercial importer in Indonesia. Your buyer needs a valid one before they can import at all, so it is worth confirming early rather than when the cargo has already sailed. We check it before we load.

They are products that need an import approval, a technical verification or an agency licence before they can come in. Restrictions are checked through the Indonesian National Single Window. Most ordinary goods are not restricted. Tell us the product and the HS code and we will check for you.

Ask us first. Vehicles are handled separately from ordinary cargo in Indonesia, and they are expressly excluded from the relief that covers household moves, so a car cannot travel in with your personal effects. We could not confirm a single general rule for ordinary used car imports, so we will check your exact case rather than guess. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number before you buy.

Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Indonesia. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. That helps when you are buying from several suppliers and want everything to travel to Tanjung Priok in one container.

Yes. We move project cargo to Indonesia as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. Send us the size and weight and the delivery island and we will work out the best way to move it.

Yes. We move full house moves and part loads to Indonesia, including Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung. We pack, collect, move and deliver, and we handle the customs clearance so your things are not waiting on paperwork.

If you are genuinely moving to Indonesia, qualifying moving goods can get relief from import duty. Vehicles and excisable goods are excluded, so they have to be handled separately. Tell us your situation and we will explain what to expect.

Yes. Anything outside Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi normally travels on a feeder leg after the main sailing, or flies in through Jakarta. That leg is worth quoting on its own, because on the outer islands it is often the bigger part of the cost. Tell us the town and we will price both ways.
