Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight to Italy takes about 16 to 32 days, and air freight to Italy takes 1 to 4 days. The sea range is wide because a service through the Suez Canal is much quicker than one routed around the Cape of Good Hope, which a major carrier has published at 32 days. We confirm the live routing and give you a date in writing when we quote.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Italy it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Italy is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Italy is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing, usually the same day.

All of them. Rome, Milan, Naples, Turin, Palermo, Genoa, Bologna, Florence, Bari, Catania, Venice, Verona, Padua, Trieste, Parma and Brescia. Just give us the address and we bring it to the door.

Genoa for Milan, Turin and the north west. La Spezia for the north and centre, including Parma, Bologna and Tuscany. Trieste for the north east and the corridors into Central Europe. Naples for Campania and the south. For air cargo we fly into Milan Malpensa or Rome Fiumicino.

Whichever is nearest the delivery address, because Italy is long and domestic trucking is a real cost. Genoa or La Spezia for the north, Trieste for the north east, Naples for the south. Tell us the delivery town and we will pick.

It is a free trading number used across the European Union. Whoever imports the goods needs one, and no customs operation happens without it. It is quick to get online, and we check it before we load rather than after.

It is the EU safety and security system. A filing called an Entry Summary Declaration has to reach EU customs before your goods arrive, not when they land. The carrier files it and we supply the data. Because routing on this lane has moved about, we watch the arrival date closely so the filing timing stays right.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Italy door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Genoa. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

Yes. We do car shipping to Italy, and used vehicles can be brought in from outside the EU subject to customs, tax, technical conformity and Italian registration. We could not confirm any blanket maximum age. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number and we will check before you buy.

Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Italy. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. That helps when you are buying from several suppliers and want everything to travel to Genoa in one container.

Yes. We move project cargo to Italy as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. Genoa, Trieste and Naples all handle general and heavy cargo. Send us the size and weight and we will work out the best way to move it.

Yes. We move full house moves and part loads to Italy, including Rome, Milan and Naples. We pack, collect, move and deliver, and we handle the customs clearance so your things are not waiting on paperwork.

You may. Italian customs allow duty and VAT relief on personal property for people transferring residence from outside the EU. The usual conditions are that you have lived outside the EU for at least twelve consecutive months, and that the goods, including a qualifying vehicle, have been owned and used for at least six months before the move.
