Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

Sea freight to Singapore takes about 10 to 13 days, and air freight to Singapore takes 1 to 4 days. Sea is quick on this lane because ships run direct from Jebel Ali with no transfer in between. Then add a day or two for the permit and delivery. We give you a date in writing when we quote.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and where in Singapore it is going. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Singapore is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. Air freight to Singapore is priced on weight or size, whichever is greater. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing, usually the same day.

All of it. Singapore is one city, so once the goods clear we deliver anywhere on the island, including Jurong, Tuas, Changi, Woodlands, Tampines, Bedok, Sengkang and the central business district. Just give us the address and we bring it to the door.

Tuas is the main container gateway and handles almost all sea freight. Jurong Port takes bulk, conventional and project cargo that does not suit a container terminal. For air cargo we fly into Changi.

Because ships run direct. Most ports in the region are reached from Dubai by transferring at a hub, which adds several days. Singapore is that hub, so your cargo goes straight there without a transfer.

Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Singapore door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear them through customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.

You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Tuas. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

It is the online system Singapore uses for import paperwork. Almost every import needs a customs permit filed through it. The importer needs a business number, called a UEN, and an activated Customs Account. We can file the permit as the declaring agent if that is easier for your buyer.

They are products that need approval from a specific government body before the customs permit can be approved. Food, medicines, telecoms equipment and chemicals are common examples. Most ordinary goods are not controlled. Tell us the product and we will check for you.

Yes. We do car shipping to Singapore, and used cars are allowed, but an imported used car must not be more than three years old when it is registered. It also has to meet Singapore rules on registration, emissions and noise. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number and we will check before you buy.

Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Singapore. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. That helps when you are buying from several suppliers and want everything to travel to Tuas in one container.

Yes. We move project cargo to Singapore as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship into Jurong Port, which handles cargo a container terminal cannot take. Send us the size and weight and we will work out the best way to move it.

If you are genuinely moving to Singapore, used household goods and personal effects can qualify for GST relief. The items generally need to have been owned and used for at least three months, and you should not sell them within three months of bringing them in. Yes, and a lot of cargo does. Singapore is the main transhipment hub for the region, so goods often land there and move on to Malaysia, Indonesia or Vietnam.
