Yes. Our movers and packers do the packing, wrapping and listing in Dubai, then we ship your furniture and household goods in a full container, or share one if you have less to send. The item by item list matters, because customs clear personal effects against it. Fuel, gas cylinders, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot travel, and we give you the full list before packing day.

It depends entirely on the gateway. Current schedules have shown sea freight to Aden from Jebel Ali at about 5 days, which is one of the shortest crossings we run. Hodeidah and Mukalla vary too much to publish a number for. Tell us the destination town and we will confirm what is running before quoting.

It depends on what you send, how big it is, and which gateway it is going to. We do not publish prices because every shipment is different. Sea freight to Yemen is priced per container when you fill one, and per cubic metre when you share one. On this lane insurance and carrier acceptance matter as much as the freight rate. Send us the details and we send you a price in writing.

Aden is the gateway that has run most consistently and serves the south. Hodeidah on the Red Sea serves Sanaa and the west, subject to current conditions. Mukalla serves Hadramout and the east. Which one suits your cargo is the first thing we check.

Ask us and we will tell you honestly. Sanaa is normally served through Hodeidah, and access there is affected by inspections and regional security conditions. The alternative is landing at Aden and moving overland. Which is possible depends on the situation at the time, so we check before quoting rather than promising.

Not currently. We could not confirm reliable air cargo service on this lane, so we are not going to advertise one. Sea into Aden is the route that works, and at around 5 days it is quicker than air freight is to a lot of destinations.

Because this lane changes. Carrier acceptance, port access, inspections and insurance all vary, and a published transit time would be out of date quickly. We would rather tell you what is genuinely running for your cargo this week than quote a number that does not hold.

Where conditions allow, yes. We handle freight forwarding to Yemen, collect the goods in Dubai, move them and clear them at the arrival gateway. How far inland we can take them depends on the destination and the situation at the time, so we confirm the delivery leg with you rather than assuming it.

You can send as little as one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Aden. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.

It might, and it depends on the port as well as the product. Food, medicines, telecommunications equipment and other regulated cargo may need approval arranged in advance with the authority at the destination gateway. There is no single national number we can point you at. Tell us the cargo and the consignee and we will find out.

Ask us first. We could not confirm a current nationwide rule on used vehicle imports that we would be willing to publish, and requirements can differ by the authority controlling the arrival area. Send us the make, model, year and chassis number along with the destination, and we will check rather than guess.

We handle customs clearance in Dubai, and we arrange clearance at the Yemeni gateway through our agents there. Because requirements differ by port and authority, we confirm the position for your cargo before it moves rather than afterwards.

Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until the routing is confirmed, which on this lane is genuinely useful. It is better for cargo to wait in Dubai than to arrive somewhere it cannot clear.

Yes. We move project cargo to Yemen as well. Big, heavy items go in open top or flat rack containers, or loose on the ship. Send us the size and weight and the destination and we will tell you what is workable.

Yes, where the destination can receive them. We move house moves and part loads, pack, collect and clear at the arrival gateway. We could not confirm a current relief scheme for people moving back, so we will check your situation rather than promise one.
