Kuwait checks products before they arrive, and we arrange it with you. The system is called KUCAS. Regulated goods need a certificate issued here in Dubai before your shipment leaves, covering things like electrical goods, building materials, car parts and toys. Many products do not need one. Your Kuwaiti buyer also needs to be registered to import, and their details have to match the shipping documents exactly. That sounds small, but a name that does not match is the most common reason a container waits. Tell us what you are sending and who is receiving it, and we will check both before you book.

Shuwaikh is the main container port and it sits right beside Kuwait City. Shuaiba serves the industrial south. Doha Port handles smaller vessels. We pick whichever suits your cargo and delivery address.
Do you deliver door to door?
Yes. We handle freight forwarding to Kuwait door to door. We collect the goods in Dubai, move them, clear customs, and bring them to your address. You deal with one company for the whole journey.
Can I send a small shipment, or do I need a full container?
You can send as little as one box or one pallet. We put small shipments from different customers into one shared container. This is called LCL, or less than container load. Your goods load at Jebel Ali and come into Shuwaikh. When you have more goods, you move up to your own full container, which is called FCL. We will tell you which one is cheaper.
Can you ship a car from Dubai to Kuwait?
Yes, by road or by sea. Kuwait has rules on the age of used cars, so send us the make, model, year and chassis number and we will check it is allowed before you buy.
What is KUCAS, and does my product need it?
KUCAS is the Kuwaiti system for checking products before they arrive. Regulated goods need a certificate arranged here in Dubai before shipping. Many products do not need one. Tell us the product and we will check for you.
Why do the names on my documents have to match?
Because Kuwaiti customs check the buyer details against the shipping papers. If the company name or licence number does not match exactly, the goods wait until it is fixed. We check this before we load, which avoids the problem entirely.
Do you handle customs clearance in Kuwait?
Yes, at both ends. We handle customs clearance in Dubai and customs clearance in Kuwait. You do not need to find your own clearing agent.
Can you collect the goods from my supplier in Dubai?
Yes. We collect anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. We can also hold your goods in warehousing and storage in Dubai until you are ready to ship. That helps when you are buying from several suppliers and want everything to travel to Shuwaikh in one container.
Can you ship machinery and building materials to Kuwait?
Yes. Heavy and oversized items go on flatbed trucks or in open top containers. Send us the size and weight and we will work out the best way to move it.
Can you move my household goods to Kuwait?
