It moves goods that have not cleared customs yet. The truck is sealed and travels under customs control. No duty is paid on the way, but a guarantee covering it is lodged with customs. From Dubai it is used for goods leaving a port or free zone before clearance, so they clear at their final destination instead.

SASO is the Saudi standards body that sets the product rules. SABER is its online platform, where products are registered and their certificates are issued. So you meet the SASO rules through SABER. Most goods need a certificate, some do not, and we check yours before the truck loads.

Each country has its own check. Oman needs a Certificate of Conformity for regulated goods. Kuwait checks regulated products through a system called KUCAS. Qatar needs the invoice and certificate of origin attested, plus a conformity certificate where the product needs one. Yes. We update you against your booking reference when the truck loads, reaches the border, clears it and delivers. The border is the update that matters most, so we tell you when the truck has cleared, not just when it left.

Yes. Inside the UAE we run container and trailer transport across all seven emirates, including the free zones.

Sometimes. Each shipping line decides whether its container may cross a land border. If it may not, we move the cargo into a trailer in Dubai first, under customs control. Tell us before the ship arrives, so we can check the line and plan the move.
